Julie is your first call and your steady guide. She works directly with owners, general contractors, developers, property managers and hotel teams to understand each building and bring the right people to the table.

Julie brings more than 10 years in real estate pre-construction and business development. She spent three years selling in-building public-safety radio (BDA/DAS) systems, producing $2 million in sales in each of two consecutive years and guiding owners, contractors and project teams through compliance. Years of working alongside elected officials and government leaders taught her how regulations are made and enforced. She holds an active Florida real estate license.

She founded Beacon because no one was advocating for building owners independently of the companies selling equipment.

Jessica makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. She manages scopes, proposals and agreements, onboarding and project tracking, so every client knows where things stand and what comes next.

Jessica brings more than 15 years across financial services, real estate, construction, healthcare administration and customer service. As a mortgage broker and co-owner of Ironwood Financial Group, she clarified complex transactions from application to closing, verifying documentation and coordinating lenders, title companies and insurers. She also brings hands-on experience in bookkeeping, payroll, purchasing, and records management.

She holds a Bachelor of Science from Western New England College.
